These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aziël One platform ("Platform"), operated by Aziël Records.

By registering for and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Account Registration

To access and use the generation features of the Platform, users must register for an account. Registration is mandatory for all users who wish to generate music.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account.

2. Song Generation and Billing

Each generation of a song on the Platform incurs a fee of € 0.50. Users will receive a monthly invoice summarizing their total generation costs for that period.

Failure to pay invoices may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Commercial Rights to AI-Generated Content

Users retain full commercial rights over the music generated through Aziël One. You may use the songs for personal or commercial purposes without restriction.

Aziël Records makes no claim of ownership over the content you generate using the Platform.

4. API Access

API access is available for registered users who request an API key at https://aziel.one/settings. There are no generation limits on the API, but standard generation fees € 0.50 still apply per song.

You are responsible for securing your API key and any activity performed using it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Attempting to interfere with system operations;
• Using the Platform for illegal purposes;
• Generating hate speech, violent, or discriminatory content.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aziël Records shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform, including inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be valid and enforceable globally. Regardless of your location, by using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.
